Path to Emotional Healing is a six-week, self-directed program at Yume Japanese Gardens that uses therapeutic garden walks, mindfulness, and personal reflection to support emotional well-being.

Kick off your journey with an introductory orientation on Saturday, December 12, 2026 from 2:30-4:00pm.

You’ll meet your facilitators, learn what to expect, and take the first steps along your healing path. Your program includes a workbook to guide you along the way, as well as 90-day access to the beautiful Yume Japanese Gardens.

Participants complete two solo walks each week for six weeks, for a total of 12 sessions. Each walk takes 50 minutes-1 hour. A program workbook guides each themed walk, with prompts focused on awareness, trust, possibility, joy, and fulfillment. Through walking, reflection, and journaling, participants are invited to cultivate greater peace, resilience, self-awareness, and emotional balance in the restorative setting of the Japanese garden.

Participants also meet with facilitators for three check-ins at the beginning, midpoint, and conclusion of the program.

An author, speaker, psychology educator and practitioner, Kenneth brings together creativity, human behavior, and the quiet practice of being present. At the heart of his work is a simple hope: that we might notice our lives while we are living them.
