How do I renew or join?
How do I renew or join?
Renew or join online here, at the Gardens, or by calling the Membership Department at (520) 326-9686 ext. *13.
Can I renew early?
Yes! Your membership will be extended 12 months from your current expiration date.
Can I apply my admission ticket toward the cost of a membership?
Yes. You can apply your admission ticket toward membership on the same day of your visit at the Garden Gift Shop.
How do I buy Gift Memberships?
Can I purchase a gift membership?
Yes! Buy a gift membership online here. Select your membership level, then click “Gift a Membership.”
Or, buy a special Gift Membership Package at the Garden Gift Shop with a note card and wildflower seeds!
What if the recipient already has a membership?
Their membership will be extended for an additional year.
Where are Membership Cards?
When will I receive my membership cards?
Digital cards are sent via email within 24 hours of being processed. If you requested plastic cards, they will arrive via mail within 2-3 weeks.
How can I request a plastic membership card?
Visit this page, add a ticket to your cart, and check out to request plastic membership card(s). Or, call the Membership Department at (520) 326-9686 ext. *13.
I just renewed, do I need to re-download my digital card?
Nope! Your digital card will automatically update with any changes or renewal.
How can I re-download my digital card?
Either:
- Re-download your membership card at any time using the link in your digital card download email.
- On your mobile device, visit the Member Portal and log in or create your account. Go to your Profile by clicking your name in the top right, then click on the Membership tab. Click “Digital Membership” to go to the download page. (If you don’t see your membership, go to the “Member Portal” FAQ section for help reconnecting your membership to your Portal account.)
Who receives a membership card?
Your digital membership card lists all named members. Forward the digital card download link to any co-members you’d like.
If you requested plastic cards, each named member will receive a membership card at the primary member’s address.
How do I update my information?
How can I update my contact information?
Visit your Profile on the Member Portal. Click the “Contact Info” tab on you profile. Click “Update Primary Address Info” or “Update Primary Contact Info” and make the necessary changes. Click “Submit,” and you’re done!

Can I add a seasonal address?
Contact the Membership Department at (520) 326-9686 ext. * 13 or membership@tucsonbotanical.org with both addresses and the dates you reside at each location.
How do I use the Member Portal?
Why doesn’t the member portal recognize my email and password?
You need to create an account before logging in. If you’ve already created an account, visit this page and click “Forgot Password” to reset it. If you do not yet have an account, it will read “This email address is not associated with a user account.”
How do I create an account on the member portal?
Visit this page and click the black “Create Account.” Enter your first name, last name, email address, and phone number as they appear on your membership. Follow the steps to secure your account, and your membership should connect automatically.
I can’t access member prices or see my membership on the Portal. How do I reconnect my member portal account to my current membership?
- Login to your member portal account here.
- Go to your Profile by clicking your name in the top right.
- Click “Find my Membership” and enter your Membership ID.
- Verify your membership viaphone or email.
- If you do not have access to the primary phone or email on file, please call the Membership Department at (520) 326-9686 ext. *13 to update your contact information.
- Enter the verification code and reset your account.
You should now see your membership and have access to member prices.
