Group Reservations

To be eligible for a group rate, your party must have at least 10 people who are not already Members of the Gardens. Members receive free admission to the Gardens except during special events.
– Initial requests are placed in our system as a pending reservation. You will receive a pending reservation email from a staff member with instructions on how to confirm your reservation.
– PENDING RESERVATIONS ARE HELD FOR 2 WEEKS. This holding period reserves your desired visit date/time for 2 weeks.
– Pending reservations that are not paid/confirmed within the 2 week holding period will become available for others to reserve. At that time we can no longer guarantee the date/time you initially requested will be available.
– To be eligible for a group rate, the group must make one lump sum payment.
– Payment is required to confirm a reservation. This must be done prior to your visit date.
– Group Reservations are nonrefundable.
– Latecomers, or those paying individually, will pay the general rate and not the discounted rate.
– All groups are self-guided.
– The cost for a guided tour is an extra $5.00 pp. (NOTE: Group tours require 30 days notice for scheduling, and are subject to availability).
– Group rates exclude all other discounts: such as, but not limited to; Chase Cards, 2 for 1 coupons, Tucson Passport or hotel rack cards.
– Group rates and tours are not available during the evening or special events.

The Tucson Botanical Gardens’ diverse plant life provides an ideal platform for strengthening connections between school curriculum and the natural world.

– Payment or PO is required to confirm a reservation. Pending reservations that do not submit a Purchase Order (PO), or make payment within the 3 week holding period will become available for others to reserve. At that time we can no longer guarantee the date/time you initially requested will be available.
– Payment is required prior to your visit date. We need to process your payment, and email you the receipt to present to admissions on the day of your visit. For those paying with a PO – the PO will reserve your date/time, however payment must be received prior to your visit.
– To be eligible for a group rate, the group must make one lump sum payment.
– A discounted rate of $5 per person is available for youth groups of 10-75 people. Groups larger than 75 please request multiple days.
– Latecomers, or those paying individually, will pay the general rate and not the discounted rate.
– We require 1 chaperone for every 5 children (the ratio requirement is non-negotiable).
– Group visits are not available during the evening or special events.
– Group rates exclude all other discounts: such as, but not limited to; Chase Cards, 2 for 1 coupons, Tucson Passport or hotel rack cards.

Tucson Botanical Gardens Admission (Group size 10-75): $5.00 PP
Groups larger than 75 must schedule multiple days.
If the reservation procedure has not been followed, the Gardens will reserve the right to deny admission to the group.

– College groups come from educational organizations like community colleges and universities.
– College groups are always self-guided.
– A discounted rate of $8 per person is available for college groups of 10-75 people. Groups larger than 75 please request multiple days.
