Pressed Flowers in Glass: Ornament or Suncatcher

In this beginner level workshop, students will make their own 3×3″ beveled Triangular Pressed Flower suncatcher using flowers from my garden.
The workshop will cover the following:
• Flower Selection
• Background color selection using pre-cut glass
• Glass cleaning
• Creating your design with a 3×3″ triangle bevel front
• Sanding corners of background glass
• Tacking down flowers
• Wrapping the piece in copper foil
• Finishing with silver bail and colorful ribbon for hanging
Class fee includes materials for 1 project and use of tools/equipment. Open to participants aged 10+. Closed toed shoes are required. When working with glass there is a chance of getting cut. Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver – please plan to arrive a few minutes early to sign forms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refund will be issued less than 15 days prior to any Community Class. A $10 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds will be issued for special events. We reserve the right to cancel Community Classes due to insufficient registration, garden closure, or inclement weather, in which case, participants will receive a full refund. People with disabilities should make requests for accommodation as early as possible to allow time to make appropriate arrangements.
