LightsUp! Group Reservation Request

GROUP SIZE MINIMUM IS 20, and the MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE IS 50. Groups smaller than 20 please purchase individual tickets. After you submit this form, a member of our Education team will email you a pending reservation email with instructions on how to finalize your group order. Your pending order email will include your order details and payment link.

Tuesday-Thursday (6pm, 6:45pm, 7:30pm) $23/Adult, $19/Youth

Tuesday- Thursday (8:15pm, 8:45pm) $21/Adult, $17/Youth

Friday-Sunday (6pm-6:45pm, 7:30pm) $28/Adult, $24/Youth

Friday- Sunday (8:15pm, 8:45pm) $26/Adult, $22/Youth

Holiday Rates – 12/24, 12/31, 1/1 (all time slots) $45/Adult, $40/Youth

• Tickets are non-refundable
• Entry must be within the time slot you purchased. Once you’re inside the event please stay as long as you’d like.
• The group size can be adjusted up until the reservation is finalized (paid), if ticket capacity allows. The group size minimum is 20, and the maximum group size is 50.
• Youth groups are required to have 1 adult chaperone to every 5 youth.
• Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis. A pending reservation does not hold tickets. We suggest finalizing/paying for your tickets ASAP.
• Group reservation tickets are deducted from the total event capacity.  
• After the reservation is finalized the group size can’t be changed.
• Refunds aren’t provided if fewer people show on the day of the event.
• Please note that this event will sell out in advance. Please Do Not bring more people than the number of tickets you purchased. There will not be extra tickets to purchase on the day of the event.
• Groups do not enter the regular entry line. There will be a Group Reservation RSVP Tent for your group to gather in. Once everyone in your group is present you will enter the event together. Day of visit instructions will be provided in your finalized order email after payment is received.
