Caring for Caregivers: Pressed Flower Poetry
June 13 @ 8:30 am – 10:30 am

$24 Member / $30 Non-Member
Capacity: 20
Immerse yourself in a creative, restorative experience where nature and self-expression come together. Through poetry, pressed flowers, and guided sensory walks, you’ll deepen your connection to both yourself and the living world around you.
As we meander through the garden, you’ll be invited to slow down, engage your senses, and practice simple grounding techniques, tuning in to the subtle inspiration nature offers. Along the way, you’ll receive thoughtful prompts to spark poetic journaling in a way that feels natural, intuitive, and free-flowing. No writing experience is needed—just curiosity and openness.
To close, you’ll transform your words into a keepsake, adorning your poetry with pressed flowers gathered from the garden to create a work of art to take home with you.
