Growing Citrus in the Desert

March 15 @ 10:00 am 12:00 pm

Zoom Online class participants will receive a Zoom link for the class two hours before the class begins.

$30 Non-Member / $24 Member

One of the wonderful things we can grow in our desert gardens are citrus trees. Our sunny days and mild winters make our gardens an ideal environment for citrus. From oranges, lemons, and grapefruit to limes, there are many choices available to you. In this class, Noelle Johnson, ‘AZ Plant Lady,’ will share what you need to know to grow citrus successfully and deal with the challenges within the desert garden, including placement, fertilizing, watering, and pest control.
