Ages 9-11, Monday–Friday, 6/17–6/21, 1–4 pm

Chefs-in-training will learn basic knife skills, practice kitchen safety, read recipes, measure, bake, chop, and fold to create delicious treats with Tamara Read from Chantilly Tea. Campers will work in teams and on their own to complete a variety of hands-on projects and fun crafts. Each day will incorporate a theme, such as Kitchen Skills, No-Bake Cooking Day, Scones, Cupcakes (baking from scratch and decorating with their own fondant flowers), and Tarts & Quiches.
