Arizona is home to almost five dozen species of snake! This may be disconcerting to some, but cause for excitement to others. This class explores the diversity of snakes, from tiny worm-like thread snakes, to boas, garter snakes, and rattlesnakes. We will also discuss how to avoid being bitten by a venomous snake and what to do if that unfortunate event happens.
