Watercolor Butterflies: Drawing and Painting
Capture the beauty of some of nature’s most conspicuous creatures. Illustrator and artist Devon Meyer will give step-by-step instruction on drawing butterflies in perspective and mark-making techniques. Beginner to intermediate sketching and watercolor.

Online class participants will receive a Zoom link for the live class two hours before the class begins.
All online classes are recorded and participants receive a video replay that is available for two weeks after the date of the class.

As an artist, Devon is constantly inspired by nature. The elaborate patterns and gorgeous colors seen in a plants, birds or flowers are reflected in the work she does. Watercolor is her favorite medium but she also works in oil, charcoal, pen and ink and colored pencil.
Devon is an illustrator, artist, graphic designer & set designer. She works in oil, watercolor, & pen and ink. She has been aiming to paint a painting a day and collects these paintings on her blog at devonsmeyer.blogspot.com. Devon calls the Sonoran Desert home where she lives with her husband, two children and crazy dog (along with some chickens!).
