Tai Chi (March)
Discover your chi as you become inspired by better balance, renewed strength, confidence, and improved flexibility and reduced stress. Certified instructor, Harold Crim, will lead you through the ancient Chinese traditional movements of Tai Chi, a practice that promotes an overall sense of well-being through breathing and gentle motion. All levels welcome. This class is held outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather.

Harold Crim has been teaching Tai Chi in Tucson for over 6 years. Harold is registered with the Chinese Wushu Duanwei System that follows national standards in China and is also a local certified instructor with Silver Sneakers. Harold strives to help people get in the best condition possible so nature can act and healing can occur. With an emphasis on balance, Harold’s classes leads students through stances, postures, and exercises that target specific organs and glands to give an overall sense of wellbeing.
