Painting the Winter Desert – 1pm to 4pm

Winter here is a time of quietude and rest: even the activities of wildlife seem to lessen as we all take a much-needed respite from the intense temperatures of summer. Play with unexpected combinations of warm and cool colors as we seek to portray the Sonoran Desert’s unique winter season. We’ll enjoy contemplative moments sketching and painting outdoors in the garden. Graphite and watercolor.
