Led by certified yoga instructor and massage therapist, Vivianne Uyeda, this series explores moderate hatha yoga, with an emphasis on movement, breath and meditation. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Vivianne has been teaching yoga for nearly 15 years.  She feels blessed that yoga has made such a difference in her life.  In her classes, she likes to share the evolution of her own practice through movement, breathing, and mindfulness.
