This class combines poses, flows, breathwork, and mindful attention to help cultivate greater self-awareness and equanimity. Suitable for all levels of experience and ranges of mobility. Students must provide their own yoga mats and blankets; other recommended props are a yoga block and strap.

Roxane has practiced yoga since 1978 and been teaching classes and workshops in Tucson since 2006. Drawing on various yoga traditions, her classes focus on breath, movement, and refinement of poses to aid in nourishing the body, stilling the mind, and fostering an integrated sense of well-being.
