Meditation helps us to bring greater balance and peace into our lives. Join Miss Bev for simple meditations to bring in Quiet Time for Your Mind. Each class incorporates whatever current events are happening that day personally, locally and worldwide. The goal is to provide a respite for our brains and emotions to learn how to take a break resulting in some true inner peace, calm and renewal.

Online class participants will receive a Zoom link for the live class two hours before the class begins.
All online classes are recorded and participants receive a video replay that is available for two weeks after the date of the class.

Bev Paul has been facilitating group meditations for over 25 years. The simple guided imagery she provides helps people breathe, relax and release some of their daily stresses. Some people even report finding unexpected answers and solutions to their current life situations.
Bev’s meditations can be especially helpful right now because of the ongoing challenges of COVID. Each session is new and unique to whatever current events are happening at that particular time. People of all ethnicities, religions, lifestyles and ages have participated in her presentations at many locations throughout Tucson. Everyone is welcome, from young children all the way up to our elders!
