The Yoga Connection
Miranda’s personal yoga journey began ten years ago after typical injuries from a career in dance. She was drawn by the therapeutic value and ancient link of mind/body/spirit. The Yoga Connection is the first place she immediately felt comfortable and completed her teacher training in 2009. After teaching theater movement for a few years and the influence of Priscilla Potter’s close examination of the teachings of Kriya Yoga, she began teaching Yoga in the summer 2009.
