Behind the Scenes of Butterfly Magic now offered on Saturdays

Tuesdays &  Saturdays, 9:30am - 10:00am.  Limit 5 per session. Get up close as our curators teach you how to participate in the release of butterflies into the Butterfly Magic exhibit. Staff will explain and answer your questions as you witness the amazing life cycle and interesting habits of our butterflies. This half-hour is the most in-depth, hands-on experience youcan have with the curators, the emergence room and the flight exhibit.  Learn about sources of our butterflies, how they are fed and cared for, and the impact that our exhibit has on the tropical rainforests where our butterflies start their lives.

Home Garden Tour will take a hiatus

The Gardens has made the decision to suspend the Home Garden Tour for one year in order to re-evaluate the overall tour, its place in our mission & its place in the community. During this time we will look into potential partnerships with other Tucson cultural organizations and investigate all options that will best serve the Tucson Botanical Gardens and our valued members, visitors and volunteers. Thank you for your past support of this event!
