Volunteer Coordinator

This full-time position is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating a dynamic volunteer program that builds and sustains this important constituency for the Tucson Botanical Gardens.

Requirements:

3 years experience in volunteer coordination preferably in a museum or non-profit setting. Direct experience in building a volunteer program a plus. Ability to multi-task. Strong attention to detail and high organizational abilities. Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and desktop publishing. Works well both independently and as a team player. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
